Role summary

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through design development; prepare drawings, design documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, local authority regulations, and building codes.
• Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations; assist with authority submissions and technical documentation.
• Support project managers with timelines and deliverables; review drawings and coordinate design changes.
• Produce architectural details and construction documentation when required.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design technologies, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 4–8 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy.
• Experience with residential, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or master-planning projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and local regulations.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.

Technical skills and competencies

• Tools listed: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar visualization software is listed; Rhino is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI design and productivity tools is advantageous.
• Competencies include architectural design, design development, technical coordination, construction documentation, problem solving, attention to detail, communication, presentation, time management, teamwork, and client focus.
