About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect civil construction activities for compliance with approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, contract requirements, standards, and good construction practices.
• Confirm current approved documents are available for inspections and verify that approved materials are used.
• Inspect work, identify quality issues and deviations, and verify material and construction test results.
• Coordinate inspection requirements with contractors and the supervision team; maintain records, daily inspection logs, and site reports.
• Monitor safety and project compliance, report non-conforming work or materials, and support the Resident Engineer or Civil Engineer on quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of construction and consultancy supervision experience, including residential buildings and villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable UAE codes, standards, construction requirements, and good construction practices.
• Experience in site inspection and construction quality control.
• Understanding of shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, material approvals, construction testing and verification, and site reporting.
• Ability to identify quality issues and follow corrective actions through; strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
