The multidisciplinary Insight Team covers analytics, customer feedback, forecasting, performance management, and research.
Responsibilities
- Make sense of data, identify improvement opportunities, and provide insight that helps improve customer and community outcomes.
- Lead and support analysts and ensure high-quality outputs are clear, engaging, and actionable.
- Engage stakeholders and champion the value of insight across the organisation.
- Inform operational improvements and long-term strategic planning.
Requirements
- Strong analytical expertise, advanced Excel skills, and experience with complex datasets are sought.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for evidence-based decision-making are important.
- GIS mapping and Power Query experience would be advantageous.
Workplace and schedule
- Agile working: three days each week at an office in Yeovil, Eastleigh, or Bracknell, with the remaining two days worked from a location of the candidate's choice.
Interview process
- Two interview stages are planned: the first via Microsoft Teams and the second in person at one of Abri's offices.
- Suitable candidates may be reviewed and interviewed as applications arrive; the advert may close early if enough applications are received.
