ABRI is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Specialist for its Partnership Living team within Supported Housing.
The role provides specialist advice and monitoring across contracts and compliance for the Partnership Living portfolio.
The position is part-time and based in the Eastleigh office, with an alternative office potentially available.
Responsibilities
- Provide advice and monitoring on contracts and compliance.
- Negotiate service level agreements, lease agreements and void agreements with providers and local authorities.
- Work with colleagues and providers to meet landlord health and safety legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Support effective risk minimisation across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong IT and organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across Abri’s geographical area when required.
- Previous housing sector experience would be helpful.
Schedule
- The role is part-time at 20 hours per week.
- The stated working pattern is 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, and is open to negotiation.
Workplace
- The position is based in the Eastleigh office, with an alternative office potentially available.
- The role may require work across the whole of Abri’s geographical area.
