The Safety Assurance Analyst joins Abri’s Landlord Safety team and helps provide assurance, reporting and analysis for customer safety.
The role uses data to support legal obligations and continuous improvement across landlord safety programmes.
What you’ll do
- Monitor performance using data, insight and assurance activities; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide reporting and assurance to support decisions, compliance and delivery of safe, quality homes.
- Support audits, regulatory enquiries and safety and compliance improvement projects.
- Contribute to wider strategic work, including merger due diligence and special projects.
What Abri is looking for
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, problem-solving ability and motivation to make a positive impact for customers.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in compliance, housing, property safety or asset management is beneficial, not essential.
- A Data Analysis qualification or similar experience is a bonus.
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work with colleagues.
Working arrangements
- Work from Abri’s Eastleigh office at least three days per week; the other two days may be worked from another office, a cafe or home.
- For the right candidate, the position may also be based at Abri’s Yeovil office.
