Role overview

Recruitment and sourcing

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand vacancies, technical requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Develop job descriptions and source candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, networks, social media, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Build candidate pipelines and talent pools across software development, IT support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, data, cloud, DevOps, project management, and other technology roles.
• Review resumes, applications, portfolios, profiles, and backgrounds; screen candidates and assess technical experience, qualifications, communication, and cultural fit.

Hiring coordination and reporting

• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, schedules, evaluations, candidate updates, feedback, reference checks, and background verification when required.
• Negotiate offers, compensation, start dates, and other employment terms with management and HR; support onboarding after acceptance.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS, HRIS, CRM, or recruitment databases and track pipelines, interview progress, offer status, and hiring metrics.
• Prepare management reports, research talent markets and salary trends, and share insights on availability, compensation, and hiring trends.

Talent strategy and collaboration

• Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and specialized IT roles; maintain relationships with passive candidates and technology professionals.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing when required and attend career fairs, technology events, and networking events.
• Work with HR, hiring managers, department heads, and senior management to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies, employment requirements, and professional recruitment standards; support junior recruiters when required.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, IT job-market trends, recruitment tools, and industry developments.

• Comfort using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Previous experience in IT recruitment, technology talent acquisition, executive search, or technical recruitment is required; experience across varied IT roles is expected.
• A related bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data, infrastructure, or DevOps recruiting is advantageous.
• UAE employment-practice knowledge is advantageous; professional HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
