Role overview

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers.
• Organize and deliver volunteer training; maintain accurate volunteer records and clear communication.
• Manage daily volunteer activities, respond to questions or concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive experience.
• Support community outreach and work with internal teams to identify volunteer needs.
• Prepare reports on volunteer engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong volunteer management and volunteer training skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in community outreach and related engagement activities.
• Organizational and time management skills for multiple programs, schedules, and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in basic office software and volunteer management tools or databases.
• Relevant volunteer coordination, community services, or nonprofit experience is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in social sciences, human resources, community development, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment and demonstrate commitment to inclusion and ethical practices.
