Part-time, remote role supporting compensation and benefits program design, analysis, and administration.
Requires stakeholder communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis and job evaluations; assist with compensation structures, planning, and budgeting.
- Analyze market data and prepare leadership reports and summaries.
- Support policy and regulatory alignment, coordinate benefits inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
- Work with HR and management to address compensation and benefits questions.
Qualifications
- Job analysis, job evaluation, compensation planning, compensation management, and compensation-structure skills.
- Analytical and quantitative skills, including spreadsheets and HR or compensation systems.
- Knowledge of HR fundamentals, compensation principles, and basic benefits administration.
- Strong communication, accuracy, discretion, and integrity with sensitive employee data.
- Able to work independently remotely, manage part-time hours, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience; HR or compensation certifications are a plus.
