SANY Saudi Arabia is hiring a Senior HR Manager for its Riyadh work location.
The role leads the HR function in alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
HR leadership and workforce
- Lead HR policies, procedures and initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and workforce planning.
- Advise senior management and business leaders on HR matters.
- Lead manpower planning and workforce allocation according to business needs.
- Develop initiatives for employee engagement, retention, career development and organizational effectiveness.
Operations, compliance and team
- Ensure accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and other relevant government requirements.
- Support organizational development and a professional, positive workplace culture.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data and key metrics for management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Significant HR management experience is required; experience in a multinational, industrial, construction, heavy equipment or similar organization is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations and local HR practices is required.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, employee relations, recruitment and HR operations is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making capabilities are required.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams is required.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; Arabic and/or Chinese is an advantage.
