Key responsibilities
- Lead excavator sales activities across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through market development and business expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase excavator market share and sales performance.
- Coordinate order execution and delivery with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market activity and business opportunities.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery industry, with strong excavator sales experience.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market, particularly the Western Region.
- Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging business objectives.
- Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to undertake frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.
