Work location is Dammam, Saudi Arabia; the role leads sales across the Eastern Region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead excavator sales across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
- Build relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed targets through market development and business expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to strengthen the excavator business and market presence.
- Coordinate order execution and delivery with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and report sales activity, market developments, and opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of construction machinery industry experience, with strong excavator sales experience.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction equipment market, particularly the Eastern Region.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales objectives.
- Native Arabic and fluent English communication skills.
- Flexibility for frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.
Preferred qualification
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
