Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional & Technical Consultant to manage, optimize, customize, and continuously improve our Odoo ERP system across hospital operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with department heads, HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration, and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities, automate processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure effective utilization of Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo ERP system.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to understand needs and implement system enhancements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Coordinate system integrations and enhancements with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption.
- Lead ERP improvement projects and ensure successful implementation of new features and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Must be based in UAE.
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Odoo modules.
- Experience in business process improvement and workflow automation.
- Experience working with ERP systems in healthcare, government, or large organizations is preferred.
- Experience as senior odoo consultant
