Senior HR/ HR Manager

Job Summary

Human Resources & Employee Relations

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, transfers, and separations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll & Compensation

• Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, leave salary, gratuity, and final settlements.
• Verify attendance records and payroll-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Insurance & Wci Claims

• Manage employee medical insurance policies and renewals.
• Coordinate and process Workmen's Compensation Insurance (WCI) claims.
• Liaise with insurance providers, hospitals, and relevant authorities regarding employee injury cases.

Pro & Government Relations

• Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and other government-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, and other UAE regulatory requirements.

Labor Accommodation Management

• Oversee labor accommodation operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor accommodation occupancy, maintenance, transportation, and welfare facilities.
• Address employee accommodation-related concerns and ensure proper living conditions.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and management updates.
• Support audits and maintain statutory records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6–7 years of UAE HR experience in the Building Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Experience handling medical insurance and WCI claims.
• Experience coordinating with PROs and government departments.
• Experience managing labor accommodations and blue-collar workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days or less will be given preference.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
