Job Title: HSE Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across our projects, while promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and programs at project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and incident investigations.
- Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to workers and staff.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients regarding safety-related matters.
- Promote continuous improvement in safety performance across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (attested by MOFA/MOFAIC – Ministry of Foreign Affairs) in Engineering or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC Certificate (minimum 2 years old).
- Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- **Trakhees Safety Card is mandatory OR candidate must be eligible to obtain a Trakhees Safety Card.**
Added Advantage
- Previous experience working as a Safety Officer in Dubai South projects.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
