We are supporting the appointment of a senior HR professional to lead governance, reporting, and strategic workforce insights across the HR function.
This role will focus on shaping HR governance frameworks, developing executive-level reporting and dashboards, and providing structured oversight of key people initiatives, including workforce planning, talent, and organisational priorities.
The position requires close alignment with senior stakeholders to track progress, risks, and performance, while ensuring strong data integrity and consistency in HR reporting.
