Overview

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce engaging photo and video content for:
• Properties
• Corporate branding
• Social media campaigns
• Promotional and commercial use
• Create short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as:
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Snapchat
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• YouTube (if required)
• Handle on-site property shoots, lifestyle shoots, team coverage, and event coverage
• Edit videos professionally for marketing and social media usage
• Produce reels, walkthroughs, promotional clips, and branded content
• Ensure content aligns with the company’s visual identity and quality standards
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns
• Suggest creative concepts, visual angles, and storytelling ideas
• Maintain proper organization of content files and media assets
• Support urgent content requirements when needed

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum
• 3–5 years
• of experience in content creation, videography, and video editing
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Video shooting
• Photography
• Editing
• Social media content production
• Proficiency in relevant tools/software such as:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• After Effects
• CapCut
• Photoshop / Lightroom or equivalent
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Ability to create content suitable for both brand image and performance campaigns
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content is highly preferred
• Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Arabic and English communication skills required
