We're Hiring \| HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Try GC is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate visa, labor, and immigration-related processes.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and procedures.
Requirements
2–3 years of HR experience within the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken)
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and HR operations
Experience handling visa, labour, and immigration processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in professional services, consulting, or accounting firms
CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent HR certifications are an advantage
Competitive Salary Package
