We’re Hiring: Senior Sales & Partnerships Specialist – (B2B) Riyadh Office

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and close deals with potential clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with brands and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Prepare customized proposals and strategic sales plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
- Update CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, digital marketing, and influencer campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or media agencies is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing industry.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Riyadh
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
Two days off per week
