We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations and government platforms.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee personnel administration and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle government-related HR transactions and requirements.
