We’re Hiring: Head of Sales – (B2B) Dubai Office

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships in the Egyptian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s client base.
- Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Attend meetings, networking events, and industry activities to represent the company professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media agencies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns is a plus.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Location: Dubai
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
Two days off per week
Competitive Salary + Commission + Bonuses
