Try GC is hiring an HR Generalist or Senior HR Generalist for its Dubai team.
The posting describes a full-time, in-person position.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Coordinate visa, labour, and immigration-related processes.
- Support payroll preparation and attendance management.
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate HR data, and support management in implementing HR strategies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience within the UAE and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, HR operations, and visa, labour, and immigration processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A driving licence is listed as required in the structured qualification details.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or accounting firms is preferred.
- CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent HR certifications are an advantage.
Working schedule
- Six working days per week, with one day off per week.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000–9,000 per month.
