Operations responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and workflows.
- Coordinate clients, influencers, community teams, and internal departments.
- Plan and monitor manpower, schedules, rosters, and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns and projects.
- Manage client- and community-related operational needs and resolve escalations.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback and updates to management.
- Ensure tasks meet agreed timelines and service standards.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- UAE experience and roster-based operations management experience required.
- The posting requests 2–5 years of Operations Management experience; the structured experience field specifies five years.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car required.
- English required.
- Experience managing teams on six-day schedules.
- Strong communication, coordination, team-management, problem-solving, and operational follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and support operations outside standard hours when required.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or community management is preferred.
