The employer is hiring a B2B Sales Executive for its influencer marketing team in Dubai.
The role focuses on building client relationships and selling influencer and digital marketing solutions to businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities, generate leads, and build a client pipeline.
- Contact prospects, arrange meetings, present and sell marketing solutions, and convert leads into clients.
- Build client relationships and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports, and coordinate client onboarding and delivery with internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience is required; the posting specifies two years of B2B sales and marketing experience.
- A valid UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree and English are required.
- Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or related industries is preferred.
- UAE market experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills are expected.
- Candidates should be target-driven, proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and comfortable with client meetings and business development in Dubai.
- Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and other additional languages are advantageous.

Compensation
- The posting describes a competitive salary plus commission.
- Advertised pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
