Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and resume screening through interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, attendance and leave records.
• Support confirmations, transfers, promotions and other HR transactions.
• Provide monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Handle employee queries about HR policies, processes and benefits.
• Support engagement, feedback and recognition initiatives; assist with performance management, appraisals and learning.
• Prepare offer, confirmation, increment, promotion, experience and relieving letters.
• Support resignation, exit interview, clearance and full-and-final settlement processes.
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS and reports on hiring, onboarding, attrition and HR operations.
• Ensure employee information and documentation are accurate, confidential and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Exposure to HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹500,000–₹600,000 per year.
