  • Support incident investigations and review first-aid, near-miss, injury, property-damage, loss, and other event data.
  • Monitor project HSE performance, liaise with client representatives, and promote HSE objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide HSE coverage during shift work, weekends, and other non-standard working periods.

Required qualifications and experience

  • Engineering degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a similar senior HSE role.
  • Experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects; Middle East experience is required and Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent qualification, and membership with IOSH, IIRSM, or an equivalent recognized HSE organization.
