About the role:
We are building Noon for Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with far better control. Think of it as Noon's consumer engine (selection, pricing, logistics, and experience) applied to enterprise procurement.
Today, B2B buying is fragmented and inefficient: inconsistent pricing, manual approvals, weak visibility, and invoicing challenges. We are solving this through a single platform where businesses can compare multiple sellers, access competitive pricing, get credit, receive VAT-compliant invoices, and manage team controls, powered by Noon's fulfillment and last-mile network.
The procurement industry is ~AED 300B+ and largely underserved digitally. We are using Noon's strengths to build a scalable B2B platform with meaningful upside.
Noon B2B is a 0-to-1 build inside Noon with high ownership and pace. The Senior Manager, Growth will own the demand generation engine for the platform end to end: how we acquire, activate, and retain B2B customers at scale.
What you'll do:
- Build the demand generation strategy from scratch. Define customer segments, acquisition channels, and targeting approach for B2B buyers (restaurants, hotels, enterprises, SMEs).
- Identify and execute the first 3-5 high-conviction acquisition channels. This is NOT consumer marketing. B2B demand generation requires targeted, account-based approaches, not mass awareness campaigns.
- Design the customer onboarding and activation funnel: from first awareness to first order to repeat order. Define the metrics at each stage.
- Build a pipeline of anchor customers in partnership with the sales team. Work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure marketing-qualified leads convert into active accounts.
- Leverage Noon's existing assets (Noon Food merchant data, Noon e-commerce business
- Own the full growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for B2B customers.
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and targeted B2B channels. Optimize for cost per qualified lead and cost per activated account, not impressions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business networks to drive enterprise customer acquisition.
- Create the content and thought leadership engine: case studies, ROI calculators, category guides, and procurement insights.
- Work with product and engineering teams to build growth loops into the product (referral programs, team invites, re-order automation).
- Own growth analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards, run experiments, and report on customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Partner with the commercial and category teams to align demand-side acquisition with supply-side assortment and pricing.
What you’ll need:
- 9-10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing. B2B marketplace or platform experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building demand generation from 0-to-1, not just scaling an existing engine.
- Deep understanding of B2B buying behavior: long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, procurement processes, credit requirements.
- Hands-on with performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise customer acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills: you make decisions based on data, not assumptions.
- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and fast execution. This is a startup inside a large company.
