The Role

Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• **Brand Guardianship:**
• Oversee and elevate the corporate brand identity.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
• **Strategic Design & Conceptualization:**
• Lead the creative direction for comprehensive marketing campaigns, property launches, and corporate events.
• Translate marketing briefs into impactful visual strategies.
• **High-End Collateral Creation:**
• Design premium print and digital materials, including property brochures, company profiles, investment pitch decks, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, newsletters, and exhibition graphics.
• **Digital & Social Media Dominance:**
• Develop engaging, conversion-optimized visual assets for digital channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, website banners).
• **Multimedia & Motion (Bonus):**
• Incorporate basic video editing, motion graphics, and animated content to maximize engagement on digital platforms.
• **Print Production Management:**
• Liaise with external vendors, printers, and agencies.
• Review proofs, manage print budgets, and ensure the highest quality control for all physical collateral.
• **Mentorship & Leadership:**
• Provide creative guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship to junior designers or content creators within the marketing team.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
• Partner closely with copywriters, digital marketers, and real estate brokers to ensure visual designs align perfectly with messaging and business objectives.

& Requirements

• **Experience:**
• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium corporate sectors.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.
• **Education:**
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• **Technical Mastery:**
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• **Motion/Video Skills:**
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a distinct advantage.
• **Design Fundamentals:**
• An impeccable eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout design.
• A deep understanding of how to design for affluent, high-net-worth audiences.
• **Language Skills:**
• Fluent in English.
• The ability to design bilingual artwork (English/Arabic) and a strong grasp of Arabic typography is highly desirable.
• **Soft Skills:**
• Exceptional time-management skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong presentation skills to articulate design choices, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
