Job Description
- Identify and engage international investors interested in Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and investment partners.
- Present and promote off-plan and secondary market properties to international buyers.
- Conduct virtual property presentations and investment consultations.
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system.
- Negotiate and close property transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirement
- :Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Investment Advisory, Banking, Wealth Management, or International Sales
- .
Experience
- dealing with international clients and investors is highly preferred
- .Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- .Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- .Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Turkish will be considered an advantage
