Senior Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Technical delivery

• Lead project lifecycles from requirements and solution design through development, deployment, and client acceptance.
• Build scalable cloud-native enterprise platforms using AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD.
• Plan cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP; implement microservices, event-driven messaging, and database architectures.
• Apply agile methods and evaluate technologies to improve delivery speed, cost, and operational efficiency.

Security, clients, and team leadership

• Apply cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, including UAE PDPL and GDPR; conduct risk assessments and support audits.
• Embed privacy in solution design from inception through deployment.
• Lead pre-sales, prepare RFP responses and proposals, and present technical solutions to government and institutional clients.
• Manage client and technology-partner relationships, vendor contracts, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate and mentor development teams; set standards, testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
• Report project status and performance to senior leadership.

Experience and qualifications

• 8+ years in technology/software development, including at least 3 years in a senior or technical leadership role.
• Proven enterprise cloud and AI/ML delivery for government or semi-government clients in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; UAE NQF Level 7 or equivalent.
• 7+ years with .NET/.NET Core, 5+ years with MS SQL or PostgreSQL, and 3+ years with React.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, pre-sales, and RFP processes.

Technical skills

• Cloud: AWS and/or Azure; Infrastructure as Code; CI/CD; DevOps; microservices; Agile/Scrum.
• Languages and frameworks: TypeScript, React, and .NET/.NET Core, including WebAPI, MVC, and ASP.NET.
• Databases and messaging include PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, and AWS SQS/SNS.
• AI/ML includes computer vision, LLM/RAG, MLOps, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Hands-on Claude Code experience and review of AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.

Languages and preferred qualifications

• English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Cloud architecture certification, supercomputing, IoT platforms, and fleet management systems are nice to have.
• Overseas qualifications must be attested by UAE MOHE.
