Role overview

Required experience and skills

• 6–10 years of professional software development experience in enterprise full-stack environments.
• Strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, React.js, and TypeScript skills.
• Expertise in SQL Server, REST APIs, microservices, Git, and Azure or AWS cloud practices.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Ability to account for edge cases, build robust error handling, and define core technical metrics.
• Proven prompt engineering, LLM outcome evaluation, and model behavior refinement for AI-first SDLC.

AI competencies

• Hands-on Claude API/SDK experience is preferred; OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, Llama, or similar platforms are acceptable alternatives.
• Exposure to RAG pipelines, vector databases such as Pinecone or pgvector, semantic search, or caching techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design resilient APIs, services, and databases with C#/.NET Core and build responsive React.js/TypeScript frontends.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications, mapping edge cases, failure states, and success metrics.
• Write, refine, and evaluate prompts for structured outputs used in AI-first software development.
• Integrate AI across applications and balance deterministic code with probabilistic models.
• Architect backend services and systematically design, evaluate, and optimize workflows.
