Compensation

• Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.

Location and work mode

• Location: IITM Research Park, Kanagam Road.
• Work is from the office and in person.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.js.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit.
• Build secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement microservices architecture.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Lead technical discussions and support project planning and estimation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.

Technical skills

• Front-end technologies include React.js, JavaScript ES6+, Redux Toolkit, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
• Back-end technologies include Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Database technologies include PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with MongoDB listed as preferred.
• DevOps technologies include CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Cloud technologies include Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Testing and tools include JUnit, Mockito, Postman, and SonarQube.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT is preferred.
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
• Azure certifications are an added advantage.
