Role overview

Location and work arrangement

Pay

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Java and React.js web applications and responsive interfaces using JavaScript and Redux Toolkit.
• Build RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot and design microservices architecture.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate across teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Mentor developers, lead technical discussions, support planning and estimation, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

• The header requires 2+ years of experience and excludes freshers; the qualifications section specifies 6–10 years in full-stack development.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, React.js, JavaScript, and Redux Toolkit expertise; Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience; experience deploying on Azure.
• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Technical skills

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux Toolkit, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Material UI.
• Backend: Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Databases: PostgreSQL; MongoDB is preferred.
• DevOps and cloud: CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Kubernetes, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, and SonarQube are listed as preferred; JUnit, Mockito, and Postman are also listed.
• AI-assisted development tools, application security, performance optimization, Agile/Scrum, and Azure certifications are preferred or advantageous.
