Senior FP&A Analyst

Own Behavox's core financial model, its underlying accounting, and the forecasts and analysis used for planning and decisions.

Own Behavox's core financial model, its underlying accounting, and the forecasts and analysis used for planning and decisions.

Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions, evaluate targets, perform diligence, and integrate closed deals.
Operate with high autonomy and set modeling standards; provide rigorous recommendations for senior leadership, the board, and investors.
Financial modeling and accounting
- Understand integrated three-statement and operating model architecture and underlying accounting, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
- Understand how company budgets are built and integrate them accurately into the core financial model.
- Build bottom-up short-term forecasts, driver-based long-term models, and understand SaaS metrics and their underlying drivers.
M&A, commercial insight, and tools
- Understand acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics.
- Understand business revenue drivers, cost structure, and operating levers; identify inconsistencies and challenge assumptions.
- Use Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation appropriately, distinguishing automation opportunities from work requiring financial judgment and manual validation.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model with robust architecture, accounting logic, scenarios, sensitivities, and integrated budgets.
- Own the accuracy of model outputs and integrity of assumptions to support planning and decision-making.
- Build acquisition valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models; evaluate targets and integrate completed acquisitions.
- Turn analysis into actionable recommendations, including downside cases, for senior leadership, the board, and investors.
