About Behavox

Behavox provides a cloud-native AI controls platform for financial services and other global businesses.

Its SaaS platform combines communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics.

The company describes an engineering culture focused on speed, experimentation, technical excellence, and rapid iteration.

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst owns the company’s core financial model, underlying accounting, forecasts, and decision-support analysis.

The role integrates budgets into the model but does not run the budgeting cycle.

Acquisition work includes valuations, diligence, and integrating closed deals; the steady-state focus is the operating model and SaaS forecasting.

This is a high-autonomy role that sets modeling standards and provides recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors.

What you’ll bring

  • Understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models and their accounting, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
  • Understanding of budget construction and accurate integration into a core financial model.
  • Knowledge of bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, SaaS metrics, and business drivers.
  • Knowledge of acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics.
  • Deep understanding of business revenue drivers, cost structure, and operating levers.
  • Ability to apply Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation appropriately while maintaining financial judgment and manual validation.

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating model with accounting logic, scenario and sensitivity layers, and integrated budgets.
  • Own the accuracy of model outputs and the integrity of assumptions used for planning and decisions.
  • Build acquisition valuations, scenarios, and pro forma combined-entity models; evaluate targets and conduct diligence.
  • Integrate completed acquisitions into a consolidated financial view.
  • Deliver forecasts and analysis, including downside cases, for senior leadership, the board, and investors.
  • Pressure-test assumptions and provide actionable recommendations.
