Role overview
Manage FP&A for the UAE and partner with senior management and global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards for operational and strategic decisions.
- Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with local and global teams, including headquarters in Mexico.
- Ensure accurate, timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Improve processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Support ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.
Experience and education
- 5–7 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CMA, CFA, CA, ACCA, or MBA is a strong plus.
Skills and tools
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency required.
- SQL experience is good to have.
- Zoho and BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau are good to have.
- Synthesize complex data and communicate clear business recommendations.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
- Collaborate across multicultural teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
