About Kavak
Kavak operates an e-commerce business for buying and selling pre-owned vehicles and describes its GCC team as part of its Middle East expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely and respond to breakdowns, accidents, and recovery requests.
- Load and secure vehicles on the truck and deliver them to workshops, vendors, or customer locations.
- Follow road safety requirements and company procedures.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the recovery vehicle daily.
- Maintain job sheets, delivery notes, and other task documentation.
- Update the logistics team about job progress and location status.
- Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.
Skills and qualifications
- Valid UAE Manual 3-ton driving license.
- At least 2–3 years of driving experience; recovery or towing experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Ability to operate towing equipment and secure vehicles safely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.
