Role overview

Help customers correctly adopt DeepHealth's Diagnostic Suite as an integrated solution.

Own end-to-end technical design across PACS, Viewer, Reporting, integrations, and AI for assigned customers.

Individual contributor with no direct reports; reports to the Service Engineering Lead, Enterprise Intelligence.

Works across Technical Delivery, Product, Service, and Solution Delivery teams to support customer adoption and commercial readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical solution design for assigned customers, combining PACS, Viewer, Reporting, integrations, and AI into a clinical workflow.
  • Lead technical discovery and create solution designs and configuration plans for implementation.
  • Lead product-area FDEs and directly own OS/Core PACS configuration.
  • Partner with implementation counterparts to apply learnings and best practices to configurations and implementations.
  • Coach implementation teams on configuration standards and maintain reference architectures and deployment playbooks.
  • Lead customer-facing technical work during go-lives, hypercare, and cross-component escalations.
  • Support root-cause analysis and resolution of cross-component implementation issues with engineering.
  • Turn recurring customer needs into standardized workflows and product requirements; distinguish product gaps from configuration or training issues.
  • Define the AI adoption strategy, requirements, expected customer impact, and success criteria across the suite.
  • Coordinate AI workflow rollouts, site readiness, and customer adoption with delivery and product teams.
  • Triage and document engineering defects, track resolution, and communicate outcomes to customers.
  • Monitor service health, participate in incident response, and drive reliability improvements.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or clinical systems.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role across multiple enterprise imaging components such as PACS, viewer, reporting, or RIS.
  • In-depth knowledge of DICOM and HL7 v2 and their role in radiology order-to-report workflows.
  • Hands-on configuration of PACS and diagnostic viewers, and experience integrating radiology reporting systems such as PowerScribe.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflow, including RIS, worklists, reading, reporting, and results distribution.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-hosted applications (GCP, AWS, or Azure), networking, storage, and SSO/authentication.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions to radiologists, IT leaders, and executives, including during escalations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Imaging informatics or clinical credential such as CIIP, PARCA, or ARRT(R) is preferred.
  • Experience deploying or supporting clinical AI applications in radiology is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated medical device environment and with ITIL practices is preferred; the source text ends mid-qualification.
