Engagement overview

Implementation and system enhancement

• Work with the appointed consultant and internal stakeholders to support EPBCS implementation.
• Collect, prepare, load, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data in EPBCS/Hyperion.
• Coordinate with business units so budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements are reflected in system design and configuration.
• Perform UAT, data validation, and system verification to ensure outputs are accurate and reliable.
• Support migration from manual Excel-based processes to a centralized, automated EPBCS platform.
• Maintain master data, planning assumptions, reporting structures, and implementation documentation.
• Train users and provide post-implementation support to encourage smooth adoption.
• Support local and regional finance teams in consistent group-wide implementation.
• Contribute to an operational Hyperion EPBCS solution that improves budgeting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, reporting, and governance.
• Support annual budget, forecast, and five-year business plan cycles through EPBCS.
• Review system readiness and validate processes ahead of migration.
• Prepare status updates, issue logs, and progress reports for project stakeholders.

• Coordinate business-unit budgeting, forecasting, and reporting requirements with system design and configuration.
• Perform user acceptance testing, data validation, and system verification.
• Maintain planning assumptions, metadata, hierarchies, master data, and supporting documentation.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support to promote adoption.
• Support annual budget, forecast, and five-year business planning cycles through EPBCS.
