Lead facilities operations across corporate offices and a commercial property portfolio.
Ensure an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, performance, and service standards.
- Manage hard and soft FM services, including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, pest control, and landscaping.
- Manage vendors, contractors, contracts, SLAs, and performance evaluations.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and asset management strategies.
- Ensure health, safety, environmental, and local regulatory compliance.
- Manage facilities budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost optimization.
- Support office expansions, fit-outs, refurbishment, and workplace enhancement projects.
- Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders on office and client-facing environments.
- Monitor KPIs and operational reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of Facilities Management experience, including 5 or more years in senior leadership.
- Experience managing premium corporate offices, private offices, executive workplaces, business centres, or commercial properties.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, compliance, and contractor management.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and facilities projects.
- CFM, FMP, IWFM, PMP, or NEBOSH certifications are advantageous.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.

- Hands-on and strategic Facilities Management professional experienced in supporting executive stakeholders.
- Able to balance operational excellence, service quality, and cost efficiency.
