Rise Holding is seeking charismatic and professional service leaders to join our high-end fine dining establishments in Qatar. We are looking for experienced individuals to fill the following roles:
- Restaurant Supervisor (Male/Female)
- Team Leader
- Captain Waiter/Waitress
- Senior Waiter/Waitress
Mandatory Candidate Profile
- Nationalities: Arabic Speakers
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience specifically in the role you are applying for.
- Background: Proven track record in High-End Fine Dining or Star-Class Hotels.
- Language: High proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Attributes: Exceptional grooming, leadership skills, and a passion for elite hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Supervise waitstaff to ensure strict adherence to fine dining etiquette.
- Guest Relations: Handle reservations and guest inquiries with diplomacy and tact.
- Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of menus, allergens, and wine pairings.
- Operations: Coordinate with the kitchen for seamless service flow and table-side etiquette.
- Growth: Drive revenue through professional upselling and staff mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SAR 2,300 – SAR 2,500 (Base) + Tips.
- Accommodation: Provided (Shared).
- Transportation: Provided (To/From work).
- Meals: Free Duty Meals provided.
- Note: We do not offer cash allowances for accommodation or transport.
Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per hour
