Location:** Qatar

  • **Salary:** SAR 2,300 – SAR 2,500++ + Tips
  • Rise Holding is seeking charismatic and professional service leaders to join our high-end fine dining establishments in Qatar.
  • We are looking for experienced individuals to fill the following roles:
  • **Restaurant Supervisor (Male/Female)**
  • **Team Leader**
  • **Captain Waiter/Waitress**
  • **Senior Waiter/Waitress**

Mandatory Candidate Profile

  • **Nationalities:** Arabic Speakers
  • **Experience:** Minimum **2–3 years** of experience specifically in the role you are applying for.
  • **Background:** Proven track record in **High-End Fine Dining** or **Star-Class Hotels**.
  • **Language:** High proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • **Attributes:** Exceptional grooming, leadership skills, and a passion for elite hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Leadership:** Supervise waitstaff to ensure strict adherence to fine dining etiquette.
  • **Guest Relations:** Handle reservations and guest inquiries with diplomacy and tact.
  • **Expertise:** Maintain deep knowledge of menus, allergens, and wine pairings.
  • **Operations:** Coordinate with the kitchen for seamless service flow and table-side etiquette.
  • **Growth:** Drive revenue through professional upselling and staff mentorship.

Compensation & Benefits

  • **Monthly Salary:** SAR 2,300 – SAR 2,500 (Base) + Tips.
  • **Accommodation:** Provided (Shared).
  • **Transportation:** Provided (To/From work).
  • **Meals:** Free Duty Meals provided.
  • **Note:** We do not offer cash allowances for accommodation or transport.
  • Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per hour
