About the Roles

Noir, Doha’s premier luxury establishment, is seeking sophisticated and poised professionals to join our front-of-house team. We are hiring for Hostess, Head Hostess, and Guest Relation Officer (GRO) positions to provide a world-class first impression and seamless guest experience.

Candidate Requirements

To maintain our high standards of service, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the specific role applied for.
• Background: Must have a proven track record in High-End Fine Dining or Star Class Hotels.
• Nationalities: Arab Speakers
• Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic skills are highly preferred.
• Demeanor: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a professional, graceful, and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Offer a warm, professional welcome and manage guest needs with excellence.
• Flow Management: Efficiently handle reservations and seating to optimize the dining floor.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the sophisticated aesthetic and atmosphere of the venue.
• Coordination: Act as the primary link between guests and service staff for a flawless experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: QAR 2,800 – QAR 4,000 (commensurate with role/experience).
• Accommodation: Company-provided sharing accommodation.
• Transportation: Company-provided transport to and from the venue.
• Meals: Duty meals provided.
