Senior Executive - Production
About This Role
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Production to lead our dairy manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for end-to-end production management across a diverse product portfolio including fresh milk, flavoured milk, sterilized milk, ice cream, milk powder, and ghee. The position reports to the Manufacturing Director and oversees section supervisors and a multi-cultural workforce.
Roles & responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Lead and supervise production teams (~70 employees across multiple nationalities) through section supervisors
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements, efficiency enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives
Monitor production KPIs and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams for seamless operations
Implement best practices in safety, hygiene, and operational discipline
