EA to Senior Executive - DIFC - French speaker
About This Role
On behalf of our client, an international financial institution in DIFC, Swisslinx is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the C-level executive. This role will be based in DIFC.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within a large organisation
- Experience working with international firm
- Strong background supporting C-level executives (direct Assistant to C-suite)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and confidence working with various IT systems
- Exceptional written and spoken both French and English (fluent or native proficiency required in French)
- High attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills (essential)
This is a senior role with a lot of responsibility – the right candidate will be polished, well-spoken, dynamic and experienced working in international organization.
