We are seeking a highly experienced and regulatorily qualified
Senior Executive Officer (Seo)
to lead and manage our DIFC Corporate Services Provider (CSP) operations.

Key Responsibilities- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Act as the approved Senior Executive Officer for the DIFC CSP entity.
- Ensure full compliance with DIFC Authority regulations, AML/CFT obligations, UBO regulations, data protection requirements, and applicable UAE laws.
- Liaise directly with DIFC authorities, regulators, banks, auditors, and external legal/compliance advisors.
- Monitor internal controls, governance procedures, compliance frameworks, and operational policies.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings, annual returns, ESR requirements, and compliance reports.
- Maintain and enhance AML/KYC frameworks and risk assessment procedures.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with RadiantBiz’s growth objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing corporate services and compliance team.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels within DIFC and international markets.
- Support expansion initiatives and premium client acquisition strategies.
Risk Management & Governance
- Ensure proper implementation of risk management protocols.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and operational audits.
- Monitor reputational, regulatory, and operational risks.
- Maintain strong governance standards across all client engagements and internal operations.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as:
- CAMS
- ICA
- ACCA
- CPA
- CFA
- Compliance certifications
- *(preferred but not mandatory)*
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in:
- Corporate services
- Fiduciary services
- Compliance
- DIFC/ADGM operations
- Financial services
- Regulatory environments
- Previous experience working within a DIFC-regulated entity or CSP environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of:
- DIFC laws and regulations
- AML/CFT frameworks
- UAE corporate structures
- Offshore jurisdictions
- Corporate governance
- Risk and compliance management
