Job Purpose

Support learning & development and talent management initiatives to enhance employee skills, engagement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and e-learning activities
  • Manage LMS platforms and training records
  • Support training calendars, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
  • Work with vendors and stakeholders for L&D initiatives
  • Track training effectiveness, attendance, and employee progress
  • Support training budgets, PRs, and vendor payments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR/L&D experience
  • Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
  • Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
