- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hotel/hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a hotel, hospitality, or service oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems, with excellent organizational, administrative, and record management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
