• An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Human Resources to join Zabeel House The Greens.
• The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure timely updates of colleague records for compliance and audits.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for non-managerial roles, including screening, scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth induction and exit formalities.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support disciplinary investigations and maintain accurate employee relations documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (recruitment, engagement, HR operations) for management review.

About You

• The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a hotel, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems, with excellent organizational, administrative, and record-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
