Overview
- Preparing detailed BOQ along with Rate and cost analysis.
- Participating for pre-tender contracts. With respect to BOQ and seeking quotation from suppliers.
- Taking off quantities and prepare measurement sheet.
- Preparing Variation orders along with ate analysis,
- Monitoring Variation log, and timely submitting of variation cost.
- Negotiation skills with employers and sub-contractors.
- Preparing monthly progress billing along with all supporting documents.
- Monitoring Billing Log and collections.
- Preparing Subcontractor payment certificates.
- Preparing Budget for the pot contract.
- Monitoring all purchase order with budget.
- Participating in commercial meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of payment applications.
- Participating in the preparation of final accounts with consultants on commercial and contractual issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior & Fit out field
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Software Skills CAD and Microsoft office.
