Senior Engineer SIL – Operability (60Hz)

Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for commissioning activities in Asia and EMEA.
• Provide direct requisition and R&D operability support for the 7HA and 7F platforms.
• Develop and maintain the Gas Turbine Operational Flexibility technical blueprint for installed-base and new-unit 60Hz gas turbines.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in establishing technical requirements aligned with product Critical-to-Quality metrics.
• Co-author Product Requirements Documents.
• Partner with Customer Service to resolve gas turbine operability challenges in the field.
• Manage the impact of hardware design changes on overall system operability.
• Lead software or hardware corrective actions when required.
• Communicate project progress, technical milestones, and critical issues to management.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure customer requirements are achieved.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 or more years of experience in gas turbine combustion, controls, performance, or operability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously as a self-starter.
