Senior Engineer role focused on HVAC design, review, and execution across MEP projects.
Requires 3–7 years of relevant MEP project experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and review HVAC ducting, piping, ventilation, and air-conditioning layouts; perform heat load calculations and select equipment.
- Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning at site.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and civil teams.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards; monitor progress and quality.
- Attend client and consultant technical meetings and provide project updates.
- Verify contractor bills and quantity measurements.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NBC, and other applicable standards.
Requirements and skills
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in MEP projects; knowledge of HVAC design and execution.
- Familiarity with chilled water, VRF, AHU, FCU, and ventilation systems.
- Strong understanding of duct sizing, piping, and airflow calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, or similar HVAC software.
- Good coordination and communication skills; ability to manage site activities and project timelines.
- Languages listed: English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu. Hindi is separately identified as preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
